This Privacy Policy explains how CREATIVE BLOOM LLC ("Creative Bloom", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit creativebloomconsulting.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
Who is responsible
CREATIVE BLOOM LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Registered address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Contact for privacy matters: info@creativebloomconsulting.com. This is a registered address for correspondence, not an office open to the public.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the company or brand name if you choose to give it, your message, the date and time of sending, and whether you ticked the privacy confirmation and the optional marketing box.
- Emails you send us: your email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach.
- Technical data: when you load the Site, our web server records standard log entries (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser user agent and referring page). We use them only to keep the Site secure and working.
- Preferences stored in your browser: your language choice and your cookie-notice choice are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media plug-ins or third-party fonts. We do not buy personal data and we do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not send confidential documents through the form.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
- To send you occasional emails about our work, only if you ticked the optional marketing box (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in any such email).
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and fix errors (our legitimate interest in operating a safe website).
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Correspondence linked to a client engagement: for the duration of the engagement and the period required by applicable tax and commercial law.
- Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, plus the time needed to prove it was given.
- Server logs: rotated weekly and kept for about five weeks.
Who processes it with us
The Site and our email are hosted on a server operated for us by our web and email hosting provider in a data centre in Germany (European Union). Form messages are delivered to our own mailbox on that server. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
International transfers
Creative Bloom is a United States company and our hosting is in Germany. If you write to us from another country, your information will be processed in the European Union and accessed from the United States. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the safeguards available under applicable law for such transfers and keep the data we hold to the minimum needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also complain to their local data protection authority.
California and other US states with privacy laws: you may request to know, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for profiling with legal effects. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, write to info@creativebloomconsulting.com. We may need to verify your identity and will reply within the time required by applicable law (normally within 30 days).
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, the form includes spam protection, and access to our mailbox is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
